Kristin Roth of Shine Design did an incredible job transforming an “old school” Tuscan house in a modern and fresh new luxury residence. Her attention to detail and insight guided us to change all of our exterior and interior lighting. We used multiple preferred trades from hardwood flooring to electrical, to…everything else! Shine Design was a huge factor in renovating in El Dorado Hills at a time when it’s impossible to get trades and contractors to respond. I rarely give reviews, but wanted to because it is rare to find such a strong resource.
